They must understand the theory of constraints, the law of thermodynamics, wood science, electrical works, hydraulics, environmental management, people and performance management, civil work and logistics. They must have a growth mindset, problem solving skills and master the fine art of negotiations. They must also have strong  mathematical and statistical skills underpinned by analytical capability.
